The game may be weird, but it doesn't excuse the bad collisions, the momentum getting killed by anything, the lack of a proper acceleration and the confusing gimmicks and layouts.
I can see that you liked games such as Wario Land 4 and Pizza Tower (especially on the fourth level), yet you didn't bother with the polish nor with the design of those games.
The end result is poor and not satisfying to play.
