Returning from Sonic 3 & Knuckles, it's Azure Lake Zone!
Blast through 4 laps of ancient ruins! Enjoy the scenery of a tranquil mountain overlooking the lake! Go through so many loops it'll make your head spin! But watch your step, and be sure not to fall into the mud! Oh yeah, and did I mention there's an Encore Palette, too?
While this is playable in regular Mania Mode, it is highly recommended you play it in Competition mode for optimal experience, either with in real life friends or, barring that, with some online ones using either the Steam Remote Play feature or the MultiMania program.
